Balance training is another important element and helps to improve and maintain your balance enabling you to move better. It usually deteriorates with aging and more chances of falling will happen which might result in fractures. One leg standing and the steady daily increase of the duration of doing it is a way to improve balance.

Flexibility and stretching exercises are also another element of physical fitness you need to include. There are physical activities that requires a person to be flexible and stretching helps in increasing flexibility which enables you to do more things. It also improves the range of movement your joints have and helps in relieving stress.

There is no need to do all the elements in one session but doing two to three per session is better. These could either be performed with a fitness trainer or just by yourself. Regular repetition of these exercises will help you achieve your desired body.
