The cloth containing the oatmeal can also be rubbed directly on rough areas and will also lave all of the skin smooth and soft.

To help with scaly and dry patches, pure mineral oil can be applied to the area of the skin where they are present. The application of this natural oil may help to sooth and soften rough spots and this will also help relieve itchiness.

While natural eczema treatments may be very beneficial for some people, it may be ineffective for others. It is always recommended that sufferers consult with their doctor or Dermatologist before changing treatments. If eczema is well controlled by using medications that have been prescribed, it may not be a good idea to stop using them.
