If all you eat for lunch is a sandwich and a bag of chips, or something similar, then you're not alone. Most of us do not spend more than 18 minutes during lunchtime and in general, what we eat is not enough healthy. However, with just a few simple planning, you can enjoy a healthy and balanced meal. There are a lot of healthy food for lunch that can be treated, it will be very good for your wallet and your waistline things.

A salad is a convenient food that can provide adequate servings of healthy vegetables. Prepare your salad for lunch using leafy vegetables instead of light because they have more nutrients. Also include a fruit or vegetables such as chopped apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms, orange slices or strawberries sliced format. Vegetables should be top of your list of healthy food for breakfast things, but that's not all. For example, you can add 3 ounces of lean ground turkey pasta corkscrew, with garlic, a cup of green beans and a little soy sauce.

For us adults, another way to enjoy a healthy and satisfying lunch is to drink a soup made with broth, lean protein and vegetables for lunch. Prepare your own agitation of chicken soup all cooked, diced carrots, sodium chicken broth, peas and wild rice. As a practical alternative, you can also take a soup in a restaurant, but make sure not to order or creamy soups with cheese, because they are full of fat and high in calories.
