The Best Cardio for a Fat Free Life

By: Victoria Johnson

Studies have shown that exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week produce the most beneficial results. What happens is that exercise can cover a wide range of activities provided that your heart rate increases to a level appropriate for their age and remain at that level for most of the exercise period.

So what kind of Cardio exercise should I do?

This is the fun part - almost as long as it is safe and follows the criteria to increase your heart rate. I like to mix one-day alternating fast walking with jogging in the park, attend another popular dance class and so on. A simple routine is one that is also very effective - just go for a power walk, arms pumping at a rate sufficient to provide a low-impact way to peel the excess fat from your body. It is essential to keep boredom at bay and push you incessantly some more. For these reasons, I plead for a class or a new hobby that is both physically and fun. Here are some ideas:

tennis
cycling
soccer
volleyball
hiking
Dance all types
boxing
canoe Kayak
rowing
ski
water ski
sailboard
surf

The possibilities are literally endless and half the joy comes from mastering a new skill which, in turn, increases their new confidence. Ideally, divide your workout into four or five sessions with one or two dedicated to his new hobby or sport a week. Create a fitness plan for 4 weeks of exercise in a journal. That's about the time it takes for the body to absorb the truth and begin to feel the benefit of new healthy habits.

Create a comments section to record your observations on how was the workout. This is where you can really work up your motivation praising you when necessary and paying attention to how he felt the session.

Was it fun? Easier than last time? A little more than expected? Write everything down and you begin to see how you progress in the coming weeks. You can also create a space to suggest changes to itself or even just write what exercises, in particular really worked for you.

Remember, all this is to take responsibility for your own body and you make more of your motivation will do the right thing for you.
